Mr. Clark McCready, Principal
Mr. Clark McCready is the High School Principal and West Perry Virtual Academy (Online Learning) Coordinator. He previously served as the Assistant Principal for 3 years here at West Perry High School from 2023-2026.
Mr. McCready grew up in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania and graduated from Delaware State University where he was a team captain on the football team. He taught various roles in special education and english literature at multiple school districts: Claysburg-Kimmel SD, Hollidaysburg Area SD, and Central Dauphin SD. He earned his MS in School Leadership (with a Principal Certification) in 2023 through Drexel University. He was the Head Boys & Girls Varsity Track & Field Coach and Head Freshman Football Coach at CD East High School.
